Submitting an Expert Requirement Step 1: Visit the Corporate Page Go to kelunga.com/corporate to access the corporate section. Step 2: Fill Out the Form Provide the following details in the form: First Name: Enter your first name. Last Name: Enter your last name. Email: Provide your corporate email address. Phone Number: Enter your contact number. Expert / Skills Needed: Specify the expertise or skillset required for your project. Project Duration: Mention the expected duration of the project. Requirement in Detail: Describe your project requirements in detail. Click Submit to send your request to the Kelunga team. Step 3: Wait for Review The Kelunga team will review your requirements and search for the most suitable experts. Step 4: Receive Expert Details Once a match is found, you’ll receive the expert’s details to begin collaboration.

Step 2: Create a Support Ticket Go to the Support Portal at kelunga.com/support-portal. Create an account to access support portal. Click on Create New Ticket. Fill in the required details: Subject: Briefly describe your issue. Description: Provide a detailed explanation of the problem. Priority: Choose the priority level (Normal, Medium, Critical). Click Submit. Step 3: Track Your Ticket Monitor the status of your ticket through the support portal and communicate with the Kelunga team as needed.
