If you need to cancel a booking as a seeker on Kelunga, follow these steps to ensure the process is smooth and your refund is processed in 5 to 7 working days. If the cancel option is unavailable, you can raise a support ticket for assistance.
Step 1: Go to Seeker Dashboard
- Log In: Visit kelunga.com and log in to your account using your credentials.
- Access Dashboard: Navigate to your Dashboard by clicking on your profile or the dashboard link.
Step 2: Navigate to Booking Section
- Find Bookings: In your dashboard, go to the Bookings section.
- View Bookings: You’ll see a list of all your active and completed bookings.
Step 3: Cancel a Booking
- Locate the Booking: Find the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel: If the booking is eligible for cancellation, you’ll see a Cancel option next to it. Click on it.
- Confirm Cancellation: Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Step 4: Refund Process
- Expert Acknowledgment: Once the expert acknowledges the cancellation, the refund process will begin.
- Refund Timeline: The payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

- After successful cancellation , you can navigate to services and book a new service with your preferred timing
