Step 1: Check Your Email Inbox
- Go to your email inbox and search for an email from Kelunga .
- If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 2: Try logging in to your dashboard
- Log in to your Kelunga account.
- Go to kelunga.com/dashboard and see if your able to view your dashboard
- If your able to view your dashboard- then start with setting up your account.
- If your not able to view the dashboard then create a support ticket
Step 3: Contact Support
- If you still did not receive the email, contact Kelunga support by creating a ticket at https://kelunga.com/support-portal/.
