Leaving reviews and ratings after completing a service helps maintain the quality of the Kelunga platform and assists other seekers in making informed decisions. Follow these steps to leave a review and rating:

Expert Review

Step 1:

Option 1:Receive Review Link

1. Email Notification: After your service is completed, you’ll receive an email from the expert with a review link.
2. Click the Link: Click on the link in the email to go directly to the review section for the service.

Option 2 : Navigate to Orders Section (Alternative Method)

1. Log In to Your Account: Go to kelunga.com and log in using your credentials.
2. Access Dashboard: Navigate to your Dashboard.
3. Go to Orders: Click on the Orders section to view your completed services.
4. Select the Service: Click on the service for which you want to leave a review.
5. Click on Expert Name: Click on the expert’s name to go to their profile.
6. Go to Review Section: Find and click on the Write a Review button.

5. Go to Review Section: Scroll down – Find and click on the Write a Review button.

Step 3: Write Your Review and Rating

1. Provide Ratings: Rate the service based on your experience (e.g., 1 to 5 stars).
2. Write a Review: Share your feedback in the review box. Be honest, specific, and constructive.
   • Mention what you liked about the service.
   • Provide suggestions for improvement if applicable.
3. Submit Review: Click Submit to post your review and rating.
